Danika is a Voting Ambassador for Hawk The Vote and uses she/her pronouns. She is double majoring in Social Justice and English & Creative Writing, and she is from West Des Moines, Iowa. Danika is excited to get YOU excited about voting. She hopes to increase peer participation in the upcoming elections by creating and encouraging open-minded conversations about the elections and the voting process. Outside of Hawk the Vote, she participates in advocacy and continues her passions of acting and singing leisurely. She enjoys reading books that expand or challenge her worldviews, writing, traveling, and discovering local coffee shops when she reaches her travel destinations.
