Josh is the Associate Director for Hawk the Vote. He is from West Des Moines, Iowa, and is hoping to increase accessibility surrounding voting education and registration—specifically through website reform and restructured voter education workshops. In this role, he will strive to facilitate student-centered events and outreach that are both creative and informative. Outside of Hawk the Vote, he works as a Resident Assistant in Currier Residence Hall, serves as a committee chair for the Governmental Relations committee in the Undergraduate Student Goverment, and is an active member of both the University Honors Program and the Financial Aid University Charter Committee. In his free time, you can find him playing on his Nintendo Switch, trying different coffee shops around Iowa City, going thrifting, or just hanging out with friends and family.
